Our order fulfillment department processes and ships orders within three business days. Shipping and handling fees are included in the price of the book price. Once shipped, your book should arrive in approximately seven business days. Once books are processed and shipped refunds are not available.
All books are workbooks for the child care courses and need to be completed while you are taking the course. Use the completed books as study guides for testing. Books are not printed with answers, you will find the answers while taking courses.
